1. How long does it take to make and ship my order?
All our signs are handmade to order. Production usually takes 3–5 business days.
Shipping times:
Greece: 1–3 business days
Europe: 4–8 business days
USA & International: 7–14 business days
For shipping to other countries not listed, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide with tracking. If you don’t see your country at checkout, contact us and we’ll help you out.
3. Can I customize my order?
Definitely! We offer personalization for names, quotes, dimensions and more. Just reach out here before ordering and let us know what you have in mind.
4. What materials do you use?
We use birch plywood for the lettering and pine for the base. All finishes are eco-friendly and water-based.
5. How do I hang the sign on the wall?
Each sign has a recessed notch at the back—ready to hang with a small nail or hook. No extra tools needed!
6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is handmade and often personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged.
If there's a problem, please contact us immediately and we’ll make it right.
7. Can I send a sign as a gift?
Absolutely! Let us know in the order notes. We can also include a handwritten message if you'd like.
